Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast or 2 tsp.
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
    Add oil to very warm (but not hot) water.
    Stir liquid into dry mix with a fork.
    Shape into a ball.
    You may spread dough in greased pan immediately, but it may work more easily if allowed to rest in a covered bowl for 15 to 20 minutes until it rises just slightly.
