Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. spaghetti, broken up
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
4 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
few grains cayenne pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti until tender.
Drain and rinse.
Melt butter and saute onion.
Add seasonings.
Blend in soup and stir until smooth.
Gradually add evaporated milk, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
In casserole dish, mix spaghetti, mushrooms, pimento and chicken.
Pour in sauce and mix.
Top with Cheddar and Parmesan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Can make ahead and keep in refrigerator.
Take out 30 minutes before dinner and bake as directed.
