Penny'S Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. to 5 lb. potatoes, sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
1 to 2 onions (as desired)
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk (more or less)
garlic salt
ham or bacon
paprika
Preparation

Wash and pare potatoes.
Slice thin.
Place 1/2 potatoes in baking dish, greased.
Sprinkle with onion, meat, flour and bits of butter.
Repeat process.
Add milk so it can be seen between top slices.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more or until tender.
Then top with a little shake of paprika to color.
Also could add shredded cheese last 1/2 hour.
