Quick Corn And Zucchini Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium red pepper, cut in strips
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    3 c. sliced zucchini
    1/4 c. oil (I use margarine)
    2 c. sweet corn
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    dash of salt (optional)
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute peppers and zucchini in oil until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
    Add corn, garlic powder, salt and Italian seasoning.
    Cook until heated through.
