Whipped Topping 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 3 Tbsp. boiling water
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
artificial sweetener to taste
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1/4 c. cold water
Preparation

Combine milk, water, lemon juice, vanilla and sweetener in small bowl of mixer.
Beat for 1 minute; add dissolved gelatin and continue to beat until the mixture is thick and stands in soft peaks.
