Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated orange rind
4 large apples, chopped coarsely
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt that has been sifted.
Blend well.
Add apples and nuts a little at a time.
Mix well.
Pour in a tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
