Bridget'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box bow tie pasta
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
    8 oz. package Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook bow tie pasta with dash of salt and 1 tsp olive oil in water until almost done. Drain and rinse.
    Make layers of pasta, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses until
    they are gone.
    Bake at 350 until top is brown (approx. 20 minutes).
