Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated dinner rolls
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. dried whole oregano
    green and red pepper slices (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook sausage in medium skillet until browned; drain and set aside.
    Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles; place triangles with elongated points toward center in a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form a crust; seal perforation.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 5 minutes on lower oven rack.
    Crust will be puffy when removed from oven.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with cheese.
    Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients. Pour over sausage mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with pepper slices if desired.
