Broccoli Jennifer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion
    1 egg, beaten
    18 Ritz crackers, crushed
    butter
Preparation
    Thaw and drain broccoli.
    Butter a 1-quart casserole.
    Beat egg in medium bowl and add soup, mayonnaise, cheese and onion. Put broccoli into casserole and pour mixture over top.
    Stir until blended and cover top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes until bubbly.
