Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1/2 c. celery
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. chicken gravy
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese
    8 oz. cooked chicken
    2 c. spaghetti
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti, drain and set aside.
    Cook the onion, bell pepper and celery in oil until soft. Add water, gravy, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese and chicken.
    Spray casserole with Pam. Layer sauce mixture and spaghetti. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
