Broccoli With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    4 c. broccoli florets
Preparation
    Dissolve cornstarch in cold water.
    Whisk together 1/2 cup water, lemon juice and Dijon mustard.
    Put in saucepan and heat. Add cornstarch mixture and continue heating until mixture thickens.
    Add lemon juice if needed to make desired consistency. Blanch broccoli in boiling water or steam until done.
    Toss with lemon sauce.
