Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 potatoes, sliced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 soup can water
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix cream of chicken soup and water.
    Heat to almost boiling. Put a layer of potatoes in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Add layer of onions and pour 1/2 of soup mixture over this.
    Put another layer of potatoes on top of this and add salt, pepper, rest of the onions and chicken soup.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Serves about 6.
