Crusty Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk, scalded
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Mix together milk, sugar, salt and butter.
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Mix both mixtures together, put in 3 cups flour, beat and put in 2 cups flour, forming a stiff dough.
    Knead.
    Let rise until doubled in size.
    Shape into round rolls.
    Put on greased sheet, sprinkle top with corn meal after you brush top with water.
    Cut top of roll with scissors.
    Let rise, then bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
