Ingredients

1 c. biscuit mix
1 c. dates, finely chopped
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine biscuit mix, dates, and walnuts; mix and set aside. In separate bowl, add sugar and eggs; beat well. Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla. Gently fold into the biscuit mixture. Bake in preheated waffle baker. Serve with ice cream between 2 hot waffles.
