Black Walnut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    7 large eggs
    4 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. walnut flavoring
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cream butter, margarine and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons flour to coat walnuts.
    Add flour alternately with buttermilk, ending with flour.
    Add flavoring.
    Fold in flour-coated walnuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 70 minutes or until done.
