Easy Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    3 sweet peppers
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    3 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    6 medium onions, chopped fine
    1 bunch celery
    1/3 c. salt
    3 Tbsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a canner or large pot.
    Place, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 6 hours.
    This need not be checked during cooking.
    Can or freeze.
    Makes 10 quarts.
