Strawberry Rhubarb Conserve - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut in pieces
    4 c. strawberries, cut in half
    7 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put together rhubarb pieces, strawberries and sugar into pot. Slowly bring to a boil and simmer until it becomes a jelly-like consistency (thick).
    Put conserve into jars, hot and sterilized. Wipe off jars before putting on lids that are hot.
    Twist on tight and seal.
