Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    flour
    seasonings (a little Parmesan cheese is good)
    1 frying chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
    In a paper bag, mix flour and seasonings.
    Cut up frying chicken.
    Place pieces in bag and coat with seasoning mixture.
    Place chicken pieces in pan, skin side down, and bake for 1/2 hour.
    Turn pieces and bake for 1/2 hour more.
