Zucchini Casserole(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini, sliced
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. sour cream
    4 1/2 c. Stove-Top stuffing mix
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in water in saucepan until tender; drain.
    Add soup, carrots, onion and sour cream; mix well.
    Stir in 2 1/2 cups stuffing mix.
