Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. crushed pineapple and juice
1/4 c. unsalted nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
butter

Preparation

Mix potatoes, pineapple, nuts, salt and sugar.
Make three layers of potatoes mixture with marshmallows between each layer. Top with bits of butter and more sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Yield:
10 servings.
