Fried Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box (8oz.) fresh mushrooms
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup oil
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms set aside. Combine flour, pepper, salt, and eggs, beat with a fork to form a batter. Using a medium skillet, heat oil. Dip mushrooms in batter, fry for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with gravy.
