Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. crab meat
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    9-inch pie crust (unbaked)
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, egg, flour and milk; mix well.
    Stir in crab meat, cheese and onion.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set, about 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
