Barbecue Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

1 beef brisket (4 to 5 lb.)
Preparation

Bake brisket in heavy roaster with lid at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn oven to 200\u00b0 and bake for 5 hours.
No seasonings or water. Remove from roaster.
Let set for 15 minutes and slice diagonally in very thin slices.
Place on serving tray and pour hot barbecue sauce over the meat.
