Hot Tuna Open Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (6 1/2 oz.) drained tuna
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2/3 undiluted Carnation milk
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 slices (6 oz.) American cheese
    3 English muffins
Preparation
    Combine tuna, onion, celery, milk, seasoned salt and pepper in small bowl.
    Mix well.
    Cut 5 cheese slices into 1/4-inch cubes.
    Toss with tuna mixture.
    Split English muffins in half. Divide filling among 6 muffin halves.
    Cut each of 3 remaining cheese slices into 4 strips each; crisscross 2 cheese strips on top of each open face sandwich.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
