Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheese
6 (1/2 inch) slices Spam
2 c. milk
salt and pepper

Preparation

Alternate
layers of sliced potatoes and cracker crumbs in 2-quart
baking
dish.
Add
milk
and
sprinkle on cheese. Arrange Spam
on
top
and add seasonings.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes and meat are cooked through.
