Lemon Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
juice of 4 lemons
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Beat well eggs.
Add sugar, butter and juice.
Cook in double boiler until thick.
Serve on crackers or bread.
