Cajun Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. hot sausage links, sliced
    4 boneless chicken thighs, skinned and cut into cubes
    1 onion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas, drained
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chili style chunky tomatoes
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    In large skillet, lightly brown sausage over medium-high heat for 7 minutes.
    Add chicken, onion and cayenne; cook until browned.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve.
