Cheesy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1/2 tsp. crushed fennel seed
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Italian dressing
    1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, onion and green pepper in large skillet; cook until meat is browned and drain off drippings.
    Add fennel seed, garlic powder, pepper, tomato sauce, Italian dressing and parsley flakes; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
    Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, omitting salt; drain.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and cream cheese; mix well.
    Spread about 1/2 cup of meat sauce in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Layer half each of the noodles, cottage cheese mixture, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
