Ingredients

1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk
1 (3 or 4 oz.) cream cheese
1 medium container Cool Whip
Preparation

Crush 1/3 to 2/3 package of Oreos in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt butter and add to crushed Oreos to form crust.
Blend vanilla pudding mix, powdered sugar, milk, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Add to crust and sprinkle crushed Oreos on top.
Chill.
