Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 small box frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)

Preparation

Mix all together and place in baking pan.
Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
