Glazed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 thick cut pork chops
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. cooking sherry
Preparation

Place pork chops on greased pan.
Sprinkle half of brown sugar on pork chops and half of the cooking sherry on top of that.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Then turn them over and put the rest of the brown sugar and cooking sherry on top and cook for 15 more minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
