Braunschweiger Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. braunschweiger
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. green onion mix
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
    Cream together liver sausage, sour cream and cream cheese; add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
    Mix well.
    Add package onion dip and blend well.
    Line a bowl with Saran Wrap; fill with dip.
    Chill overnight.
    Invert bowl on plate.
    Remove Saran Wrap and serve with crackers.
