Greek Spinach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. fresh dill or 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
5 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
1 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen phyllo dough (10 to 12 sheets)
Preparation

Filling:
In medium saucepan, cook onion, parsley, nutmeg and pepper in hot oil.
Cover over low heat.
When onion is tender, stir in dill and set aside.
In medium bowl, combine eggs and milk; beat with mixer until smooth.
Add onion mixture, spinach and Feta.
