Strawberries On The Square - cooking recipe

Ingredients

18 graham cracker squares
1 (6 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
2 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 c. strawberries, finely chopped

Preparation

Arrange 9 crackers in bottom of 9-inch square pan.
Prepare pudding mix with milk as directed on package for pudding.
Fold in 1 cup topping.
Pour 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers in pan; top with strawberries.
Arrange remaining 9 crackers on berries.
Add remaining pudding mixture.
Spread remaining whipped topping over all.
Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired.
Chill; cut into squares.
