Festive Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese (Cheddar)
2 oz. crumbled Roquefort cheese
1 medium onion, finely grated
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
Preparation

Combine first six ingredients.
Mix well.
Shape into two balls and roll each in pecans and parsley.
Chill and serve with crackers.
