Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans beef consomme (undrained)
    1 can mushrooms
    2 cans water
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Add 2 cups uncooked rice.
    Simmer two hours, stirring.
