Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    chili powder
Preparation
    Mix Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, onion and garlic salt in a bowl with hands.
    Shape into logs, like rolls. Make about 4 log rolls.
    After shaping, set aside.
    Using wax paper, place 1 cup pecans on paper with desired amount of chili powder. Take cheese rolls and roll over and over in nuts and chili powder until well covered.
    Serve on Hi Ho crackers.
