Pineapple-Orange Danish Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie marmalade
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 slices toast
Preparation
    Mix the cheese, pineapple, marmalade and cinnamon; then spread on toast.
    Place under broiler and heat until bubbly.
    Makes 1 serving (249 cal; 64% carbohydrate, 20% fat, 16% protein).
