Coq Au Vin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken thighs or 4 whole chicken breasts, halved
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 (10 oz.) can mushrooms or 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) can beef broth or consomme
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. butter
    flour
Preparation
    Dredge chicken\tpieces\tin
    flour; saute until brown in melted butter.
    Combine
    lemon
    juice, wine, mushrooms, broth and seasoning in
    a deep oven pot.
    Add chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.\tServe with cooked rice.
