Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle Russian dressing
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 jar apricot preserves
    chicken pieces or whole cut up chicken
    sliced carrots
    1 can chunky pineapple
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients and pour over chicken pieces.
    (I remove skin from chicken.)
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Add sliced carrots and 1 can chunky pineapple to chicken mixture. Cook until tender (another hour or more).
    Keep covered.
    Serve over rice.
