Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. peeled and shredded carrots
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. pineapple, cut in pieces
1 c. raisins
1 c. may's
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

Toss first six ingredients.
To mix, fold in whipped topping.
