Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until soft.
    Add Cheddar cheese, onion, pimento and green pepper.
    Shape into a ball and roll in nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
