Breakfast Before - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 slices white bread, cubed
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
Preparation

Cook sausage (crumbled) and drain well by squeezing with paper towel.
Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.
Use 9 x 12-inch pan or dish coated with Pam.
Line dish with cubed bread; sprinkle sausage, then cheese.
Pour egg mixture on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least an hour before baking).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, checking on it at 30 minutes.
A wonderful \"mess-free\" breakfast for company.
