Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    2 lbs. hamburger
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can chili beans in sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2-1 tsp. cajun seasoning
    12-16 oz. shredded cheese
    10-12 large flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onion, and seasonings.
    Drain.
    Stir in sauce, soup, and beans.
    Mix well and simmer.
    Layer tortillas, meat sauce, and shredded cheese 2 or 3 times.
    Heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
