Zucchini Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. shredded zucchini (measure after squeezing out water)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Preparation

Mix into patties and dip in flour.
Fry in oil.
