Lemon Chicken Breast Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    lemon pepper (Lawry's)
    garlic salt
    onion salt
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Slice breasts in 1-inch strips.
    Pound with mallet to tenderize (they slice better if sprinkled with pepper and salt and partially frozen).
    Saute quickly in 2 tablespoons oleo in skillet.
    Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover; simmer 10 minutes over very low heat.
    Serve over parslied rice or curried rice.
