Zucchini And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced zucchini
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. Minute rice
2 c. cottage cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 small can chopped mushrooms
1 c. grated sharp cheese
salt and pepper
oregano
garlic salt
Preparation

In a 13 x 9-inch casserole, layer rice, zucchini, mushrooms, onions and cottage cheese.
Season with salt and pepper, oregano and garlic salt.
Pour can of mushroom soup over entire casserole. Top with grated cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
