Cinnamon Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
1 c. milk, scalded
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Butter 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (may use round).
Soften the yeast in warm water.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
Add milk to sugar and salt; mix thoroughly and cool to lukewarm.
Add 1 cup flour and mix until smooth.
Stir in yeast.
Add remaining flour gradually, mixing well.
