Favorite Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning (don't skip this)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 slices soft loaf bread, cubed
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. boiling water
    *1 c. chili sauce (Mrs. Bennet's chili sauce in bottle is the best)
Preparation
    Mix meats thoroughly with onion, celery and seasonings.
    Soak cubed bread in milk; add eggs and beat with a fork or rotary beater.
    Combine meat and egg mixtures.
    Form into 2 loaves and roll in dry bread crumbs.
    Place in shallow dish or baking pan. With the handle of a wooden spoon, make diagonal indentions in the top of each loaf, about 3 or 4 in each.
    Spread the chili sauce in these grooves using about 1/2 cup on each loaf.
    Pour boiling water around loaves.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
