Cranberry Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. coarsely cut cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Sift flour and dry ingredients together.
    Stir in cranberries, nuts and peel.
    Combine egg, orange juice and salad oil.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Bake in greased 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and cool.
